Flatbygdi school in Vik, Norway has released their report on the annual solidarity week, that they do every fall, classes 1-7. This year they desided to give all the funds to Children of Zululand, of which we are very thankful.

Thore visited Flatbygdi school in Vik today, presenting Children of Zululand and the work we do in Zululand, for 30+ teachers and school management. Flatbygdi school has invited us for a cooperation where they fund money for our organization through an annual charity/solidarity project in school, as part of the education.

To raise money for our work in Zululand, we have desided to open a second-hand shop in Ulvik and we opened the doors on August 9, 2018. Ulvik is a small town, and we don't know if the shop will bring us the funding we need, but we want to try. If it's more work than income, we will just close again.

We have participated in the local Christmas Market this year, selling things from our second hand shop and also some Children of Zululand items, some postcards, etc. In addition we sold Thore's home made chocolates.
